Our Story

Realty One Group Pinnacle started with a camera, not a license.
Before becoming a broker, RJ Hawk was a photographer and videographer for real estate agents. He saw how the industry worked from behind the scenes—the marketing, the deals, the client relationships. And he saw where it could be better.
That curiosity led to a license. That license led to a vision: a brokerage that uses more technology, charges less in commissions, and puts clients first. In 2023, that vision became Realty One Group Pinnacle.
Today, we handle residential, commercial, and land transactions across Central Arkansas. We also manage properties for investors who want passive income without passive headaches.
